With the Control High Potential Programme you hire a number of young, well educated financial professionals for an agreed period of one to two years who perform various assignments at a competitive hourly rate. At the end of this period you have the option of employing them with no further charge. For example, you can start with six financial professionals and make an offer of employment to the best three. And what if one of them doesn't suit you? We will promptly arrange a replacement of equivalent quality. Our skills-based preselection process can easily be matched to your organisation’s requirements.

The Control High Potential Programme is an interim solution with no disadvantages. You don’t have to set up your own recruitment channel, develop a trainee programme, provide (additional) supervision and coaching or keep payroll and personnel records. What’s more, you benefit from competitive hourly rates and a high quality standard – which is a matter of course for us. The arrangements are set out in a framework agreement.
